4th of July fun

We had a busy day. First we went swimming with our friend Casey. The idea was to tire Rhiannon out, so she would take a good nap. It tired Mom out, Rhiannon still refused the nap.

Rhiannon is very comfortable in the water. We spend a lot of time in the swimming pool.

Mike will hang out in his floaty for a while, then he wants to be held. He likes to splash on the steps too. I have no pictures of that because I'm to busy ready to catch him when he dives forward, which he does allot, to pick up a camera.

This was meant to be a fold out couch, but I like it better as a floaty toy.

"Duuude my hair is a mess" It is long enough to be messy!

Then Casey treated us to lunch at Taco Bell. Thanks Casey!

"All mine!"

Then it was to the park to see fire works with Casey and Grandma.

We watched the San Diego Marine band.

And we played in our little spot in the grass. It was very crowded. Rhiannon danced away, and Mike was not phased at all by the noise. When the fire works started he just laid back and watched. We had a fun day, and every one slept very well.
